Introduction
Providing renters with a great experience can lead to growth in your business. There are many things you can do as an owner to provide your renters with a great experience, but the three we will highlight in this article are:
- Offering Delivery
- Maintaining good Performance Metrics
- Verifying your RV Details are Complete
Delivery
Choosing to deliver your RV is a great way to attract newer renters, get more bookings, and earn more money. You can set delivery fees for custom mileage ranges as well as popular locations near you on the Location and Delivery page of your listing.
The delivery options you enter will be displayed to renters on your RV Listing Details Page and will also be made available in the checkout, allowing renters to decide if they prefer not to drive an RV. You will also be able to edit your delivery options for reservations already booked.
Performance Metrics and Sort Ranking
Looking to improve your sort ranking and get more bookings? The best way to improve your sort ranking and get more bookings is to maintain good performance metrics. Your Performance Metrics Dashboard will give you insight into areas for improvement.
Verify Your RV Details are Complete
When creating your listing, it can be hard to know what information is important to your renters. Some of the important information to renters is not required to complete your listing through the initial listing process. Our data shows that listings with the information below convert better. You can update and verify your listing’s details on the RV details page of the Listing Manager in your RVshare Dashboard.
